This photograph was made by Peter Marlow. I chose this picture for it"s bold contrast in colour. I suspect he edited the photograph to enhance this contrast or shot this in twilight and prolonged the shutterspeed. The reason I find this contrast so striking is not only for its aesthetic appeal, but also the way the photographer managed to take full use of the resources on location (namely the lights in the tunnel) Furthermore, the subject of the photograph is usually regarded as an ordinary object, and creating enchantment in a ordinary world should always be applauded.
