This photo was taken by Dennis Stock in 1968 in California. I chose it because initially it seemed puzzling. It makes you wonder what this feminine girl is doing and why she seems to be staged by the crowd almost holding herself up with a piece of her hair. She almost looks sad but at the same time it also appears that she could be performing. This photo has multiple interpretations and I enjoy being able to see things from different views.
